Please note that finishes are indication only, these may look different on different screens and photos.
Electroplated
Electroplating is the application of a metal coating to a metallic or other conducting surface by an electrochemical process.
Electroplated finishes should be cleaned regularly to remove grime and corrosive particles using a soft cloth and a mild solution of detergent and water. The frequency of cleaning will be dictated by your particular environment. For best results, dry the hardware with a lint free, soft cloth after cleaning.
Nickel (Living Finish)
A layer of nickel on a polished/brushed surface. It will oxidize over time depending on atmospheric conditions and should be cleaned regularly to maintain the surface. This is not suitable for external use or coastal environments with salt spray.
